From impressing potential hires to appealing to new business partners, having a compelling public-facing website can make or break a first impression. In summer 2021 I had the opportunity to lead and execute copywriting for Quality Bicycle Products’ new public site. We started with a brand archetype exploration (we’re citizen leader), which led to the creation of a new copy style guide, which eventually led to 50+ pages of copy geared towards retailers, suppliers, consumers, new hires, and the public.
